By accessing this website or contracting services with The Quirk Label x Quirk Partners LLC, the user agrees to the following Terms of Service.
1. Nature of the Relationship
There is no employment, employer-employee, agency, or partnership relationship between The Quirk Label Mgmt. by Quirk Privé LLC and the client. Neither party shall assume the other’s tax or employer obligations. The client shall not exercise employer-like control over the company’s professionals.
The professional retains full autonomy regarding the form, means, schedules, and methods of performing the services, including dress codes or operational supervision, without this altering the nature of the relationship...
2. Communication and Operational Policies
Internal communication and operational policies may be added to, modified, or adjusted depending on the nature of the service, with prior notice to the customer where applicable.
3. Appointments, No-Shows, and Late Arrivals
Appointments may be scheduled weekly or biweekly, depending on the service. If the client does not arrive within the first fifteen (15) minutes of a scheduled appointment, fifty percent (50%) of the appointment fee will be charged, and the professional may leave.
4. Fees, Payments, and Charges
Fees may be fixed, recurring, or hourly, and may vary depending on the scope of the service.
Certain tasks, proposals, analyses, or plans not included in management agreements may incur additional charges.
The payment plan applies only to the total project amount of three hundred dollars ($300) or more.
The retention fee for professional services applies only to business-to-business professional services of five hundred dollars ($500) or more. For one-off services costing $500 or less, no retention fee applies.
Regular customers as of 1 January each year are not subject to withholding tax. If withholding tax was applied after 1 January, it applies to future payments regardless of the amount. We apply a withholding tax discount for online payments.
Subscriptions are not subject to any withholding tax. The eleven point five per cent (11.5%) municipal and state tax will be charged on regular services, but not on business services.
Pending Payments and Charges
5. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations made within the first twenty-four (24) hours will not incur a cancellation fee. After that period, only fifty percent (50%) of the deposit will be refunded.

6. Default and Suspension of Services
Failure to pay within seven (7) days or as agreed upon receipt of the invoice may result in the suspension or termination of services.
7. Termination
In the event of a material breach, The Quirk Label x Quirk Partners LLC may terminate the contractual relationship immediately and seek damages in accordance with the law. The professional may terminate the relationship by providing at least thirty (30) days' written notice.
8. Jurisdiction and Governing Law
These Terms of Use shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts having jurisdiction in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
