RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

Due to the nature of the professional services offered, full refunds are not guaranteed once work has begun.

Cancellations made within the first 24 hours incur no penalty.

After 24 hours, only 50% of the deposit will be refunded if the service has not yet begun.

If work has already begun, full refunds do not apply.

Proposals, analyses, plans, and hours worked are non-refundable.
