Due to the nature of the professional services offered, full refunds are not guaranteed once work has commenced.
  • Cancellations within the first 24 hours are not subject to any penalty.
  • After 24 hours, only 50% of the deposit will be refunded, provided the service has not yet started.
  • If the work has already begun, no full refunds apply.
  • Proposals, analyses, plans, and hours already worked are non-refundable.
Approved refunds will be processed using the original method of payment. For more details, please refer to the TERMS OF SERVICE.
